It is known that compared with the general population, people with diabetes are at greater risk of experiencing problems with their emotional wellbeing and mental health. This resource hub, designed by the PCDS aims to provide healthcare professionals with digestible, easy to access information which it is hoped will have a positive impact upon the care of people with diabetes. To promote optimal care of people with diabetes and mental health problems through the provision of digestible, easy to access resources, available to all members of the multidisciplinary team

To provide healthcare professionals with insights into mental health problems experienced by people with diabetes and guidance on how to improve patient engagement
