About the programme

This Scottish update in diabetes care meeting focused on the need for a joined-up approach in the management of our patients with cardiovascular, renal and metabolic (CVRM) disease. With the ultimate objective of ensuring a better understanding of the treatment options and individualized care pathways available for people living with diabetes – thereby ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
