Casting courses for the diabetic foot 2015

The 2015 course aims to standardise care and improve clinical outcomes nationally for patients presenting with acute diabetic foot problems.

Casting is an essential component to successfully healing neuropathic foot ulcers.

  • The course aims to standardise care and improve clinical outcomes nationally for patients presenting with acute diabetic foot problems.
  • Improve access to casting for professionals with clinical support and guidance.
  • Standardised terminology used in casting to ensure replicable results.
  • The course is both theory and practice, introducing management algorithms into clinical practice, patient information leaflets, step by step guide to casting.

 The 2-day courses will be held in Leicester, on:

  • 16–17 January.
  • 24–25 April.
  • 19–20 June.
  • 11–12 September.
