Posters should provide examples of good practice or innovation in diabetes care within the primary care setting, highlighting work that is of relevance and, ideally, practical significance to other primary care teams. Entrants whose poster abstracts are accepted will receive free entry to the conference on both 5 and 6 November 2015. The PCDS Committee will judge accepted posters during the conference, and an award will be presented for the entry that reflects the best contribution to diabetes care within the primary care setting. The winner will also receive free registration for all PCDS events in 2016, for two delegates.
